My Views on the Brexit Deal - December 2018

As I am sure you can imagine, I have received more correspondence on this issue than any that has come before. I am grateful for the hundreds of emails and letters sharing views, asking questions and encouraging me to support a variety of different proposals.

Christmas Card Competition

This year I am running a Christmas card competition which I am opening up to all primary school aged children in my Bournemouth East constituency.

A338 Update

Many of my constituents have contacted me regarding their concerns with the recent work on the A338. I fully appreciate and agree with the frustration from local residents who have been hugely inconvenienced by the current delays and I strongly believe more could be done to avoid this.

New Ban on Ivory Sales

Today I was delighted to see that the UK will be introducing a ban on ivory sales.

Yesterday marked an important centenary in British Politics. On February 6th 1918, the 1918 Act was passed after years of protest and debate for women’s suffrage.
