Labour want to continue running the NHS from Westminster. More money has gone into the NHS, but mostly to pay for more managers rather than doctors and nurses.

Lib Dems
Rather than removing politicians from running the NHS, The Lib Dems want to increase the influence politicians have, by getting local government interfere with how hospitals are run as well.
